Objectives: During this day and a half long session, participants will gain new insight into guiding their institutions through the kaleidoscopically changing environment. Presentations will include high level discussions of vision as well as pragmatic reviews of personnel and resource management. Cyber leadership skill building will focus on harnessing the power of existing tools (such as LinkedIn) for the purposes of recruitment, career advancement and development.
